Congratulations on your permanent jewelry! To ensure your jewelry stays beautiful and lasts a lifetime, follow these care instructions:

  1. Avoid Chemicals: Refrain from excessive use of perfumes, chemicals, or lotions on or near your permanent jewelry, as these substances can affect its appearance and durability.
  2. Gentle Cleaning: Periodically clean your permanent jewelry to maintain its shine. Use a soft cloth or a bristle spoolie along with a small amount of mild dish soap like Dawn. Gently scrub the jewelry, rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm water, and pat it dry with a clean, soft cloth.
  3. Emergency Removal: In case of an emergency or if you ever need to remove your permanent jewelry, please follow these guidelines: Cut the chain at the jump ring using scissors; do not cut the permanent jewelry itself. This will enable us to re-weld the chain should you choose to do so in the future.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our permanent jewelry and offer the following warranty services:

  1. Free Re-welding (Within 30 Days): We will re-weld any permanent jewelry piece for free if it breaks at the weld within 30 days of your purchase. Simply bring the chain back to us for prompt service.
  2. Re-weld Service (After 30 Days): Should your jewelry break at the weld after the initial 30 days, we offer re-welding services for a nominal fee of $15 when you bring the chain back to us.
  3. Tarnish Protection: We guarantee the quality of your permanent jewelry. If your chain tarnishes within 60 days, return the originally welded chain to us, and we will replace it for free. If the original chain is still in good condition but requires a deep cleaning, we will remove the chain, provide a thorough cleaning service, and re-weld it at no cost to you. Please note that this courtesy service is available only within the 60-day period. After this, a $60 service fee will apply for removal, cleaning, and re-welding.
